A quick guide to how Suya Jerks works – from ID and dress code to bottomless rules and arrival times. Read this before you book so the night goes smoothly.
Questions we get all the time
Before 9pm, under-18s can dine only with an adult. After 9pm and during all events, we operate a strict 18+ policy. Please bring a valid physical photo ID (driving licence, passport, or government-issued card). We cannot accept photos or digital copies of ID.
Smart casual / dress to impress. Trainers are fine if they’re clean and styled, but sportswear, workwear, sliders and caps may be refused. Final decision is at management’s discretion.
Bottomless is for a fixed time window from your booking start time. It can’t be extended for late arrivals and can’t be shared between guests. We reserve the right to refuse further service to guests who appear intoxicated.
Please let us know as soon as possible. We usually hold tables for 15 minutes, after that your table may be released and bottomless time still counts from your original booking time. For large groups, late arrival may shorten your experience.
Deposits are usually redeemable against your final bill on the day of your booking. Refunds or transfer of deposits depend on how much notice you give and the event type. Please check the terms shown when you book.
Cakes and small tabletop decorations are usually fine for birthday bookings – just let us know in advance. Confetti cannons, messy décor and anything that blocks walkways or exits isn’t allowed. Please speak to the team if you’re planning something big.
We have vegetarian options and many of our dishes can be adapted. Please speak to your server on arrival and always inform us of any allergies – especially nut and shellfish. We’ll advise which dishes are suitable.
Suya Jerks is primarily an adult environment. Some earlier brunch sittings may allow under-18s at our discretion when accompanied by an adult, but evening and late events are strictly 18+. Please contact us in advance if you’re unsure.

These rules are here so everyone can enjoy themselves safely and comfortably. By booking or attending an event at Suya Jerks, you agree to the following:
Respect & behaviour
We have zero tolerance for aggressive behaviour, harassment, discrimination or abuse towards guests or staff. Anyone breaking this will be refused entry or asked to leave.
ID & entry
18+ only with valid physical photo ID. Management and security reserve the right to refuse entry if you are excessively intoxicated, not complying with dress code or not respecting the rules.
Time slots & seating
Brunch and bottomless bookings are for set time slots. We can’t guarantee your exact table location, and large groups may be split across nearby tables depending on layout.
Alcohol & bottomless
Bottomless is one drink per person at a time. We serve responsibly and may slow or stop service for anyone who appears intoxicated or disruptive. Sharing drinks is not allowed.
Smoking & vaping
Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated areas. It’s not permitted inside the venue or in toilets. Please follow staff directions regarding re-entry and outside spaces.
Filming & photography
You’re welcome to film and take pictures for personal use, as long as it doesn’t disturb other guests. For professional shoots, influencers or brand content, please contact us in advance.
